Favorite verse: "My sin, oh, the bliss of this glorious thought! My sin, not in part but the whole, Is nailed to the cross, and I bear it no more, Praise the Lord, praise the Lord, O my soul!"
or "And Can it Be?"
Favorite verse: "Long my imprisoned spirit lay, Fast bound in sin and nature’s night; Thine eye diffused a quickening ray— I woke, the dungeon flamed with light; My chains fell off, my heart was free, I rose, went forth, and followed Thee."
I'm a little after the fact, but I would like to weigh in on this one.
Two hymns: Take My Life and Let it Be ("Take my moments and my days, let them flow in ceaseless praise." and When I Survey the Wondrous Cross ("Love so amazing, so divine, demands my soul, my life, my all.")
It's tough, but I can narrow it down to two: " I need Thee every Hour" and "Be Thou my Vision"
